Our Fees
We operate a policy of charging transparent, fixed fees for the work we do, which are based on the complexity of your financial affairs, the value we add and the time we estimate it will take us to complete any work undertaken on your behalf.
Our initial consultation is completely free and without obligation and if following this meeting you feel you would like to work with us, we will provide you with a written quotation of our maximum fee , at the earliest opportunity.
The fees of ACTHUS FINANCIAL ADVISORS are established under the formula of Success fee, that is to say, by means of a Percentage Commission (%) over the value of the capital obtained for the transaction, to receive only in case of carrying through the operation with success. This percentage oscillates between 1% and 3% usually.
In order to cover part of the initial expenses of preparing the documentation and the operation process, as well as to obtain a minimum guarantee of the importance of the operation for the client, ACTHUS FINANCIAL ADVISORS asks for an up from fee between 4.000€ and 12.500€ to pay at the brokerage contract signature with ACTHUS FINANCIAL ADVISORS. This up front fee will be always deducted from the final success fee

Return of the Provisions
